The initiative provides the highly technical expertise one would normally expect from Gradian but with a third off the standard Technical Services pricing structure. Gradian’s MD, Damian Acklam, explains the methodology behind the programme:
“We are really aware of how technologies can become under-performing – often only being used to 20-30% of their capabilities. By offering this incentive to our existing customer base, we are encouraging them to re-prioritise in order to get more out of what they have already invested in.”
